CONSENT AND JOINOER ~
Robert M. Geer and Rosemary L. Geer, as owners of Unit ~ 1106 (PH-7)
in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration
of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Bnok 254, Pages 2128
through 22~1, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as
amended, hereby approve and consent to the terms a~d provisions of that
certain Third Amendment to Declaration of Hu±chinson Island Club; a
Condominium, and by their execution of this instrument join in the said
Third Amendment for the purpose of consenting to said Third Amendment~to
said Declaration of Condominium.
