CONSENT AND JOINDER
Charles S. McIntyre III, and Irn~a M. McIntyre as owners of Unit ~ 1108,
in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration
of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records 8ook 254, Pages 2128 r
through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as
amended, hereby approve and consent to the terms and provisions of that
certain Third Amendment to Declaration of~Hutchinson Island Club, a
Condominium, and by their execution of this instrument join in the said
~ Third Amendment for the purpose of consenting to said Third Amendment
to said Declarati.on of Condominium. ~
