of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records 8ook 254, Pages 2128 ~
through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as ~
amended, hereby approve and consent to the~terms and provisions of that ~
certain Third Amendment to Declaration of Nutchinson Island Club, a '
Condominium, and by their execution of this instrument join in the said
~ Third Amendment for the pur.pose of consenting to said Third Amendment ~
to said Declaration of Condominium. ~ ~
