FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF MIAMI, a
savings~and loan association chartered under the laws of the
United States of America, as the holder of outstanding mort-
gaqes on Units in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium,
according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded ~
in Official Records Book 254, Pages 2128 through 2201, inclu-
sive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida., as amended,
hereby approves and consents to the terms and provisions of ;
that certain Third Amendment to Declaration of Condominium of
Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, and by its execution of
this instrument joins in the execution of said Thi.rd Amendment
for the nurpose of consenting to it.
