owner of Units in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, accord- ~
inq to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official ~
Records Book 254, Pages 2128 through 2201, inclusive, Public
Recor~~ of St. Lucie County, Florida, as amended, hereby approves ~
and consents to the terms and provisions of that certain Third
~ Amendment to Declaration of Hutchinson Island Club, a Condwninium, ~
and by its execution of this instrument joins in the said Third
Amendment to said Declaration of Condominium.
IN WITNESS WH$REOF, the undersigr~ed has caused this instru-
