but as Trustees-of GUARDIAN MORTGAGE INVESTORS, a Massachusetts {
business trust, as holders of outstandinq mortgages on ~ Unit~
in Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium, according to the
Declaration of. Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records
Book 254, Pages 2128 through 2201, inclusive. Public Records of i
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, as amended, hereby approve and consent
to the terms and provisions of that certain Third Amendment to
Declaration of Condominium of Hutchinson Island Club, a Condo-
miniuan, and by the execution of this instrument join in the said
Third Amendment for the purpose of cons~nting to said Third
Amendment to said Declaration of Condominium.
