OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ~
THIS AMENDMENT AGREEMENT, ~iated the 30th day of January , ~
1978, is made by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.,

a Florida corporation, not for profit (hereinafter referred to as ~
~
~ the "Association"). .
W I T N E S S E T H: t
WHEREAS, Hutchinson Island Club, Inc., a Florida corporation i
(hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"), executed and
recorded that certain Declaration of Condominium of Hutchinson
i
Island Club, a Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book ~
!
254, Pages 2128 through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St. .
. ~
Lucie County, Florida, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the
"Declaration"), whereby certain real property described in the ~
;
Declaration, together with improvements erected thereon, was s
~
submitted to condoininium ownership;
~ WHEREAS, the first paragraph of Article VII of the Declaration
t
provides in pertinent part that until a majority of Directors of ~ ~
the Association are elected by Unit Owners (as defined in the ~ ~
Declaration) other than the Developer, the Declaration may be
amended by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Directors;
WHEREAS, all Directors of the Association have been appointed
; by the Developer and Unit Owners other than the Developer are not
~ ~
E now entitled to elect any Directors of the Association; i
i ~
; WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Association has . ~

~ unanimously approved the modifications of the Declaration set
; ~
~ fortYi below; and

~ WHEREAS, the Association desires to amend the Declaration to

i effect such modifications and all Unit Owners and Mortgagees of

record (as that term is used in said Article VII) desire to join

~ in the execution of this amendment for the purpose of evidencing ;

f their consent thereto; _ ~
' NOW, THEREFORE, the Association hereby amends the Declaration ~
