is hereby amended so that the tw~o areas on Exhibit "A" attached ~

hereto which are designated as Covered Parkinq Area 1 and Covered ~

~ Parking Area 2 are hereby converted from Com~aon Elements to ~
Limited Common Elements= provided, however, that if construction ~

of covered parking facilities on Covered Parking Area 2 is not
begun prior to January l, 1979, Covered Parking Area 2 shall then ~
automatically and without the necessity of the execution of ~ ~

further instruments revert to beinq Comnon Elements.
2.
The construct~ of~covered parking facilities on Covered
Parking Area 1 and Cov~ered Parking Area 2 and the sale by the
Developer of the exclusive right to use spaces in such covered ;

parking facilities are hereby authorized. ~
3.
Except as herein amended, all terms and provisions of the ;
Declaration shall remain in full force and effect. ~
