FOURTH AMENOMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM ~
OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ~ ~

THIS AMENDMENT AGREEMENT, dated the ~ day of ,
1978, is made by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIA ION, INC., }

a Florida corporation, not for profit (hereinafter referred to as
the "Association"). ~

W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Hutchinson Island Club, Inc., a Florida corporation f
(hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"), executed and recorded '

that certain Declaration of Condominium of Hutchinson Island Club. ;
~
a Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 254, Pages 2128 !
through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie.County, Florida, ~

• which subsequently has been amended (said Declaration as amended '

hereinafter referred to as the "Declaration"), whereby certain real
property described in the Declaration, together with the improve-
ments erected thereon, was submitted to condominium ownership; -
WHEREAS, the first paragraph of Article VII of the Declaration
provides in pertinent part that until a majority of Directors of "
the Association~are elected by Unit Owriers (as defined in the ~
Declaration) other than the Developer, the Declaration may be

~ amended by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Directors;

i WHEREAS, a majority of Directors of the Association have not
f
~ been elected by Unit Owners other than the Developer;
f
! WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Association has ap-

s proved the modifications of the Declaration set forth below; and

~ WHEREAS,.the Association desires to amend the Declaration to

effect such modifications;

~ NOW, THEREFORE, the Association hereby amends the Declaration

~ as follows:

; The third paragraph of Article VII of the Declaration is here-

by deleted in its entirety, and the following paragraph is sub-

: stituted in lieu thereof: ~
? ~otwithstanding the foregoing two paragraphs, the

~ Directors, any unit owner reserves the right to change
