owners to raise the funds necessary for such maintenance,
repair and/or replacement, which assessments shall have
' the same force and effect as all other special assessments.
In addition, if any other maintenance, repair or replace-
ment of any Limited~Common Elements is caused by the negli-
gence or misuse by a unit owner, his family, guests, ser-
vants or invitees, such unit owner shall be responsible
therefor, whether or not he is one of the unit owners for
~ whom such Limited Com~non Elements are reserved, and the ~
Association or the Manaqement Firm shall have the right to
levy an assessment against such unit owner, which assess-
ment shall have the same force and effect as all other
special assessments.

Except as herein amended, all terms and provisions of~the
Declaration shall remain in full force and effect. _
