FIRST AMENDI~NT TO BY-LAWS OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND
CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.

Section-1 of Article III of the By-Laws is hereby deleted in -
its entirety, and the following is inserted in lieu thereof:
~ Se~tion 1. Time. The arinual members' meeting shall be
held at 7:30 p.m.~ocal tim~, on the second Wednesday in March
of eaoh year.for the purpose of electing Directors and trans-
_ acting any other business authorized to be transacted by the
members; provided, however, that if~that day is a legal holiday,
the meeting shall be held at the same hour on the next succeedinq
Wednesday, and provided further, that in 1978 the meeting shall
be held at the same hour on Wednesday, March 29. ~
