Upon accekntioa under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Pe+operty. Lender shap be entitkd to have a
~ rcceiver appointod by a court to enter upon. take possession of and manage the 'Property and to colkct the rc~ts of tbe
Property. including thoae put due. All rents collocted by the roceiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Propecty and rnllection of rcots, including, but not limited to, raxiver's fea. premiums on receiver's

21. F~hre Adra~ca. Upon request by Borrower, Lender. at Lender's option withio twenty years from the date of this •
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereo~, shall be sxured by this
Mort~age when evidenced by promissory ~ota stating that said ootes are sccurod hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of tht i~debtednas secured by this Mortgage. not including sums advanoed in accordanoe he?ewit6 to protect the
security of this Mortgage. exceod the original amount of the Note plus USS.
22. Rdea~a Upc~n payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall rekase this Mortgage without chuge

23. Attorsep's Fees. As used in this Mor~gage and in the Nute, "attorney's fces" shall include attorney's foes, if aay,
which may be awuded by an appellate court.
