referenves to the Property, Barower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described ma~ter form of
mortgage and incorporated by refersnce h~einto shall be construed to mean the Propecty. Borrower~ Lender '
and the Note defined herein. Borrow~ acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona

ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVEI~IANTS• Borrov~?er and Lender further covenant and agree

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Boirower~ Lender~ at Lender's option w~thin twenty yeara
from the date of this Mortqaqe, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances; with
