PETITION FOR DISCHARGE_
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above Estate,
alleges:
1. The decedent, M. WILLIAM JOHNSON, a resident of Darke County,
Ohio, died on May 19,.1977, and Letters of Administration were issued
to Petitioner on May 25, 1977. Ancillary Letters Testamentary were
issued by this Court to Petitioner on January 30, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith Waivers signed by all interested
persons waiving the final accounting of Petitian~r. Pe~itioner is

the sole devisee of M. WILLIAM JOHNSON, Deceased.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate by making
payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the
payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
f 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to

the Personal Representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers

~ or other agents, employed by the Personal Representative is as

follows: Attorney fees in the amount of O O

~ 5. ~Petitioner has filed all the required Estate tax returns
{ with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
~
of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court
~
~ evidence of the satisfaction of this Estate's obligations for both
~
~
~ Federal and Florida Estate Taxes, if any.
} 6. Petitioner has made distribution of the assets of this s
~ Estate to herself, individually, by way of Executrix's Warranty
