Fromwiller, deceased, and the Court finding that the estate
has been properly distributed, that claims of creditors have
been paid or otherwise disposed of, and that the personal repre-
sentative should be discharged, it is, therefore, .
ADJUDGED that:
1. The report of distribution of the personal repre-
sentative is approved.
2. The personal representative is hereby discharged.
3. Bond having been expressly waived by order of this
