insurance carrier or insurance carriers of same as deceased met `
his death as a result of a motorcycle accident, which ~ccurred on
Ma;ch 3, 1979. the approximate value of which is unascertainable at ;

o~ codicils of deoedent.
B. The gross value of the estate, the relationship of the personal ~
representative to the other beneficiary, the type and nature of the assets, ~
and liens and encumbrances on the assets, if any, are such that no bond ~
need be ~equired of the personal representative. ~
Petitioner requests that G~~ 1~ ~ be appointed
p~rsonal representative of the estate of the dececlen~. and that an Order be entered waiving
the requirement for the ~ersonal re~resentative to file a bond, the only
other heir having consen ed to waiving the bond.
