PAUL S. STOUGH
I, PAUL S. STOUGH, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament. and hereby revoke any and all other wills and codicils
heretofore made by me.
I.
I direct my personal representative to pay out of my residuary
estate all of my just debts, including the expenses of my last ill-
ness. I have directed my trustees under a certain Living Trust
to pay my funeral expenses. In the event that there is insuffi-
cient money in said Living Trust to pay my funeral expenses, I
direct my personal representative to do so.
II.
A. I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,
MARIE STOUGH, provided she survives me, all of my household furni-
ture and furnishings, books, pictures, jewelry, watches, wearing
' apparel, family stores and all other articles of household and

~ personal use, or ornamentation of which I may die possessed, in-

~ cluding any privately owned automobile which I may own at the time

E of r~y death.

; B. In the event that my beloved wife, MARIE STOUGH, shall

~ predecease me, the foregoing gifts shall lapse and become part of
~
~ my residuary estate. ~

~ If, at the time of my death, I am joint owner, co-owner or

~ owner of any real estate, banking account or savings account. or
q saving certificate, or savings share account in any commercial~bank
~
~ or savings institution, bond, or any security or instrument in in-
debtedness, which is registered or issued in my name and that of
