another person or persons as 3oint tenants with rights of surviv-
orship, or which is payable to either co-owner or the survivor
. of them, I give and bequeath all my right, title and interest in
any such property to the surviving joint owner thereof. It is
my understanding that all right, title and interest in any such
property will pass to such surviv~ng joint owner upon my death
by operation of law, but I do nevertheless make these provisions
in order to eliminate any questioti as to the right of any such
surviving ~oint owner to succeed to the o~prship of such property
upon my death and to provide for the possibility that a joint ten-
ancy with right of survivorship was not created during my lifetime.
IV.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of which
I may die seized or possessed, real, personal or mixed, wheresoever
situate or found, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the SUN BANK
OF ST. LUCf~ COUNTY, AS TRUSTEE, and any successor trustees under
that certain Trust Agreemqnt dated the 8th day of February A.D.,
1979, of which I am the Settlor, IN TRUST, the same to be a part
' of and to be distributed under the terms and conditions of said

' trust. By this devise and bequest I do not incorporate by reference
~ the provisions of said Trust Agreement, but enlarge the trust cre-
j ated by such Trust Agreement (which trust has independent signifi-
~ `
~ cance) so that rhe property so devised and bequeathed to said Trustee
~
~ shall be blended with and thereafter be administered and accounted
~ for in all respects as an integral part of said ~,i.ving Trust as~so
~
c enlarged, and accordingly the receipt of said Trustee for the prop-
~
erty passing to it by this Will shall be a complete discharge and
` acquittance to my personal representative.
V.
I hereby nominate and appoint Che SUN BA1~TK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY
; as personal representative of this, my Last Will and Testament,
