to serve without bond. and I hereby give to it as such personal
representative all powers, including without limitation the other
powers bestowed by Statute of the State of Floric~a, full pawer
and authority at any time or times to sell or otherwise deal
with or dispose of the property comprising my estate not herein
specifically bequeathed under such terms as they shall deem best.
VI.
If my said wife, ~tARIE STOUGH, and I shall die at the same ~
time or in a commnon disaster, or under such circumstances that it
is difficult or impossible to determine which died first, my said
_ wife shall be deemed to have survived me.
