The undersigned, as Personal Representative, of the above ~

estate alleges: ;

1. The decedent, David G. E. Morrison, a resident of St. ~

Lucie County, Florida, died on February 10, 1978, and Letters '
~
of Administration were issued to Petitioner on March 2, 1978.
~
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Accounting and {
~
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge the ~
i
Personal Representative. ~
3. Petitioner has fully administered the estate by making :
~
payment, settlement, or otherwise disposing of all claims and . '
debts that were presented, by paying or making provisions for
; the payment of all expenses of administration.
~
~ 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns :
! '
~ with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
~
~ Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with ~
~ the Court evidence of satisfaction of this estate's obligations ~
~ i
~ for both Federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. ~
~ i

~ 5. Petitioner has made or proposed to make distribution '
~
° of the assets of this estate as set furth in the Schedule of ~

Distribution attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
