' WHEREFORE, the Petitioner, as personal representative of the
estate of GEORGE PROGTOR, deceased, prays this Court to approve '
the said compromise and settiem~n~ and direct and authorize the Petitioner ~
as Personal Representative of the estate of GEORGE PROGTOR, deceased, `
to execute any inst~ t:ment that may be necessary to affect the said settlement ;
and to enter into said settlement and to make and execute any release to ~

Gulf Bay ~od or Home Insurance Company, up~n payment to the Petitioner,
as aforesaid, and to approve the amounts paid to Lawrence Luppens the
attorney employed to prosecute the decedent's claim for damages.
