ORDER AUTHORIZING SEI'TLEMENT
This Cause, came on to be heard,: ex parte, upon the Petition of
MARTHA PROGTOR, as personal representative of the estate of the deceased,
GEORCE PROCTOR, for an order authorizing the settlement of the claims
the decedent had against Ramon Perez and/or Gulf Bay Sod for personal
injuries sustained on 4/21/76, and the Court having reviewed the file
wherein approval is requested for the compromise and settlement of the
claims against Ramon Perez and/or Gulf Bay Sod, for damages sustained
by the decedent, GEORGE PROGTOR, by reason of that automobile accident
occurring on 4/21/76 in Temple Terrace, Hillsborough County, Florida,

' for a total amount of $2, 500. 00, oonsisting of the sum of $1,168.1$ to

i MARTHA PROCTOR, as personal Representative of George Proctor, deceased;
~ the sum of $833. 33 to Lawrence Luppens as an attorney's fee and costs of
~
~ $498. 49 payable pursuant to a contingency fee contract whereby the said

~ Petitioner employed Lawrence Luppens to prosecute the rights of the decedent

and it further appearing to the Court that the compromise and settlement is
~ for the best interest of the estate that said etition should be ranted and
