and said compromise and settlement is fair and reasonable and is for the best
interests of the estate and said compromise and settlement is hereby ratified,
approved. authorized and confirmed.
2. That Petitioner, as personal representative of the estate, is hereby ~
authorized to accept the amount of said compromise and settlement on behalf ~
