PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN ~

The undersigned, as Guardian of the property of GEORGE W. ~
HENSLER, incompetent, alleges: +

longer exists by reason of the following: ~
f
(a) That the sole purpose of this Guardianship was to '
effect the sale of the Florida real property owned by the ward which
was the only asset of the ward in the State of Florida;
(b) That said real property was sold pursuant to the
Order of this Court entered on the lOth day of January, 1979, and
the proceeds therefrom have been deposited to the Guardianship
account in the State of Pennsylvania;
(c) There are no assets of the ward remaining in the
State of Florida.

2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing a
full and correct account of all recei ts and disbursements of all ~

, the ward's property of which.Petitioner has control since the ~

~ commencement of the administration of this Guardianship in the ~
~ ~
! State of Florida~ which return includes a statement of the ward's ~

s interested in this Guardianship.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
approving the final return and discharging Petitioner as Guardian ~
in the State of Florida.
