PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS: ~
WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLANO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, Mortgagor, by
Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 15th day of August, A.D., 1978,
and recorded in the oPfice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records 8ook 292,
Page 1643, mortgaged unto THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, natfonal
association and assigns, Mortgagee, the premises therein particularly
described, to secure the payment of the sum of THREE MILLION FIFTY ,
THOUSAND and NO/100s (E3,050,000.00) DOLLARS, with i~terest as therein ~
mentioned; and :
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financing ~
Statement filed on August 16, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book
292 at Page 1658, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Cortunercial Code Financing
Statement filed on September 8, 1978, with the Secretary of State, State~
of Florida, under File No. 929816; and
WHEREAS, the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP has ,
requested the said THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises,
from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK
OF CHICAGO as well~in consideration of the premises as of the sum of TEN -
and NO/100s ($10.00) DO~LARS, to it paid by the said HUTCHINSON ISLANO '
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, '
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said Mortgage unto '
the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP it heirs and assigns, all ~
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises ;
conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 5235 of GOLF VILLAS,
. a Condomfnium, according to the
Declaration of Condominium therefor
recorded in Official Record Book 302,
page 1250, et seq., Public Records of .
St. Lucie County, Florida, together .
with the undivided interests ~
appeartaining thereto pursuant to said
Declaration.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the _
said HUiCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP its heirs and assigns forever,
freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage
and Commercial Code Financing Statements, and every part thereof; :
provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in
i anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the
; aforesaid Mortgage and Commercial Code Financing Statements, on the
; remaining part of said mortgaged premises not hereby released therefrom, _
; or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. -
; IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO
has caused these presents to been~executed in its name, and its corporate
~ seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly
