Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20~ 22, and 23 of this Mortgage. Bocrower and Lender agree that all
referenc~s to the Property, Borrower, Lend~r and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortqage and incorporated by refer8nce hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortqage.
ADDI'FIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENAN'TS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree

21. FuturB Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender~ at Lender's option v+r~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are securad hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
