Such pmv~sions ~ are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenanta 18~ 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
referenoes to the Property, Bocrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above de~cribed mast~' form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by referenoe into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Bozrower~ Lender, at Lender's option w~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgaqe~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by pmmissory notea stating that said
notes are ~ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage~ not including sums advanced in ac~ordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgaqe~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US ~ NnNF _
