~ AMENDED ORDER
This cause'having come before the Court on the Wife's
Motion~to Correct th2 Order entered on January 18, 1979, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED 1~ND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That commencing on the 19th day of January, 1979, the
Husband shall have visitation with the minor children of the parties,
to-wit: MICHAEL ANDREW McCORTS and MELISSA ANN McCORTS, from 6:00 P.M.
Friday evening to 6':00 P.M. Sunday evening every other weekend.
2. That the Husband shall have custody of the above-named
children for the month of July, 1979 and yearly thereafter.
3. That during the Husband's monthly visitation, the Wife ~
shall have bi-weekly visitation in the same manner as provided for
the Husband herein.
~ 4. That the parties will alternate school holiday vacations,
! coBmnencing with the Wife having the minor children of the parties
i
E Easter Vacation; the Husband having the children Thanksgiving Vacation;
I
! and the Wife having the children Christmas Vacation, 1979, and
~ thereafter the parties alternating the vacations each succeeding year.

~ S. That all of the Husband's visitation shall be contingent

' upon currPnt child support payments to the Wife.
