RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The undersiqned being the Grantee of that certain Warranty Deed
from Key Realty and Development, Inc., a Florida Corporation, transfer-
ing to the undersiqned the followinq described real property situated in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Block 6 of LAWNWOOD
ADDrTION, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Paqe 16, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run South 00~
30'35" East, alonq the West line of South 19th Street, a distance
of 42.85 feet; thence run South 89~29'25" West, a distance of
120.00 feet; thence run North 00°30'35" West, a distance~of .
43.92 feet, to the South line of Georqia Avenue; thence run
East alonq the said South line of Georqia Avenue, a distance
of 120.005 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
does hereby accept said conveyance accordinq to the conditions set forth
in the Warranty Deed executed pursuant thereto and acknowledges that this
conveyance is subject to the provisions of that certain Declaration of
Party Walls, Restrictions, Reservations, Easements and Protective Covenants,
as recorded in Official Records Book 300, Paqe 1~24 throuqh 1799, all
in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florfda, and all actions taken
thereunder. The undersigned understands that each and every provision
cf the aforeqoinq docwaents is made for the benef it of all owriers of
parcels of property described therein-and does further hereby ratify,
confirm and approve all of said provisions; and aqrees to be bound by
all of the said provisions; and acknowledqes and aqrees that all of said
provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable. The undersiqned further
acknowledges and aqrees that said Declaration and the Purchase Agreement
executed by the undersigned, contain all of the warranties, representations
and inducements concerninq the purchase by the undersigned of the
above-described real property. "
