ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on March 30, 1979,
upon Motion for Contempt previously filed herein by the attorney for
the Wife, Osborne Walker 0'Quinn, and the Respondent GEORGE F. DERBY
having appeared in open Court after proper service of process, and
said attorney having appeared in person in open Court after one con-
tinuance at the request of the Respondent, and the Respondent having
stated that he had not paid the attorney's fees except for $1a.00 as
ordered by this Court, and the Court having found that the Respondent
has been gainfully employed during the pendency of this matter and
has the ability to pay the money ordered by this Court; therefore the
Respondent is adjudged guilty of willful contempt of this Court for
his failure to pay the attorney's fees in the amount of $290.00, plus
; Court costs in the amount of $37.50, a copy of which is attached hereto

~ and by reference made a part hereof, it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt, GEORGE
~ _
~ F. DERBY is hereby sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County
~ Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on May 29, 1979.
PROVIDED, however, he may purge himself within the time
interval between the signing of this Order and May 29, 1979 and~be
released by paying the sum of $327.50 due as of this date to Osborne
~ Walker 0'Quinn and any costs of his arrest to the Sheriff of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida. It is further

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that C. L. Norvell, Sheriff, St. Lucie
~
~
~ County, Florida or any of his duly authorized deputies shall and they
~
~ are hereby ordered to arrest the said GEORGE F. DERBY, on the said ~
~
~
