PRE-TRIAL ORDER
THIS CAUSE cane on for Pre-Trial Hearing on Harch 26,_
1978, pursuant to the Pre-Trial Notice served on all parties by
the Court. All parties were represented before the Court by
their respective counsel, and all parties furnished Pre-Trial
Statements at the tirr~e of the pre-triai hearing. After reviewing

the same, discussing the facts and issues in the case with
counsel, and being otherwise fully informed in the premises,
it is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
A) The parties stipulate and agree that the
factual matters set forth in paragraphs lA, B, C, D, F, and G
are admitted by all parties.
~ B) No party may call a witness who is not listed
~ on one of the witness lists of the parties as set forth in their

; Pre-Trial Statement unless such a witness is made known to the

been responded to as of the date of this hearing shall be deemed
to be adnitted.

~ April 2, 1979, additional proposed jury instructions and verdict ~

` forms may be submitted at any time prior to five (5) days before `

the commencement of the trial of this action.
