Village of Tequesta v. Gorham
Pre-Trial Order
. E) The expert witness listed by Gorham Construction ~
Company in its Pre-Trial State~ent or any other expert witness ;
that Gorham Construction Company may wish to call in this cause. ~

~ may not be called by Gorham by a witness unless the Interrogatories
~ concerning expert witnesses that were propounded upon Gorham by
: Southeastern are answered by Gorham and served upon Southeastern
~ within five (S) days of the date of the trial of this cause and ~
` unless Southeastern and Robintech have been provided a reasonable ~
opportunity to depose Gorham's proffered expert witness before
five (5) days prior to the trial of this cause.
All parties may contine with any additional or
other diacovery that they desire as long as all~discovery is
conpleted prior to five (5) days before the commencement of the
trial of this cause. -
G) Each party shall have three perersptory challenges
which shall be exercised in the normal procedures for jury
selection followed by this Court.
H) Unless Gorham notifies all parties to the
: contrary, the only mat.erials delivered by Southeastern which
i ~ Gorham alleges to be defective is the•PVC pipe used in the
~ ,
i Village of Tequesta construction project that was manufactured

f by Robintech.

~ to the admissibility of any documents listed in any of the

Pre-Trial Statements filed herein because of the best evidence
~ r other such
rule, business records rule, chain of custody, o
~ ~ ob~ections to adm~ssibility. . All of the parties, however,

~ ' reserve the right to ob~ect to the docur•ients because of relevancy
~ and materiality.
