COMES NOW, the parties to this action, by and through their
undersigned attorneys, and stipulate and agree to the withdrawal and

release of funds now in the Court Registry in this matter in the i
amount of $400.00. Said funds shall be sent directly to the attorneys
of record for the Plaintiff and shall represent a partial settlement ;

of this case. Both parties request the Court enter an order giving
effect to the above stipulation.
