Before me, the undersiqned authority, personally appeared
~ LEWIS WOLVERTON, who after being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he is the president of Two & Three Company, a
corporation exising under the laws of the State of Florida and
doing a restaurant and bar business under the ficticious name
"The Embers" at 1812 South U. S. Highway #1, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. Two & Three Company owns 100$ of said business.
3. That he has caused to be advertised once a week for four
consecutive weeks, in ~he Fort Pierce News Tribune notice of his
intention.to register the above ficticious name with the Clerk of
~the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. Proof of publication
of such notice by ttie publisher of the News Trib~e is attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
4. That this affidavit is made pursuant to Section 865.09
of the Florida Statutes; and further affiant sayeth not.
