references to the Property~ Bocrower~ Lend~ and Note contained in the above des~ribed maater form of
mortyage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property. Borcower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Bocrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text ~of the provi~ons +
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-LJNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advanoes. Upon request by Bon~ower~ Lender, at Lender's option w;thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortgaqe, may make Future Advanc:es to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
intersst thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are ~ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not inc;udinq sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the aecurity of this Mortqage. exceed
