21. Fqrre Ai~a~cea. Upo~ request by Borrower, I.ender, at Lende~'s option within twenty ytars from the date of this
Morigage, may mate Future Advances to Bomower. Such Future Advances. with interest thereo~. shall be secured by this
Mongage when evideacod by promissory nota stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the ir~debtedness socured by this Mortgage. not includin6 sums sdvanced in aooordanoe herewith to protect the }
