21. E1~tue Ai~a~ces. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lende~'s option withia twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advanoa to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon. shall be~ securcd by this
Mortgage when evideocod by promissory tates stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the ptincipal
artwunt of the iadebtedaess securod by this Mortgage. not including sums advanced in aocardance hetewith te protect the
security of this Mortgage, exc~od the original amount of the Note plus USt•
22. Rdea~e. UpoA payment of all sums secured by ~his Mortgage, Lender shall rekue this Moctgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrowe~ shall pay aU coats of recordatan. i! any.
23. Attorsey's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's foa"- shall include attorney's fees, if any,
which may be awuded by an appellate court.
