Mortgage whe~ evidenced by promissory notes stating that said nota are secured hercby. At no time shall t6e principal i
amount of the it~debtodnas secured by this Mongage, not including sums advanced i~ accordanoe herewith to protect ihe
security of this Mortgage, exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS.
22. Rekase. UpQn payment of all sums socured by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without chuge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of rccordation, if any.
23. Attoroey's Fees. As used in th~s Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's foes" shall include attorney's feex, if any.
