21. FN~re Ad~a~ees. Upon roquat by Borrowe~, Lender, at Lcnder's option within twenty years fmm the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interest thereon. shall be securcd by this
Mortgage when evidenoed by promissory notes stating that said nota are secured hercby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedt~ess socured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanad in aooordanoe l~erewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage, eaoeod the original amount of the Note plus USS.
22. Rekase. UpQa payment of all sums sxured by this Mortgage. .Lender shall ~elease this Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shalf pay all coats of recordation, if any.
23. Attoraey's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note. "attorney's foes" shall include attorney's fea. if any.
which may be awuded by an appellate court. ~
