Lender the rcnts of the Property. provided that Bomower shall, prior to accekration under puagraph 18 hereof or abandon-
ment of the Property. have the right to collect snd retain such ren~ as t6ey become due and payabk.
Upon accelention under paragnph 18 hereof or abandonmait of the Property. La~der shall be entitled to have a
• roceiver appointod by a court to enter upon. take possessio~ of and manag~ the Property and to colkct the rents of the
Property. includina those put due. All rents collected by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of t6e eosts of
management of the Property and collection of rents. including, but not limited to. receiver's fees. premiums on receiver's
bonds and rcaso~abk attoraey's feac, and the~ to th~ sums socurod by this Monsaae. The receiver shall be liable to aocount
only for those rents actuaUy received.
21. F~tore Ad~a~ees. Upon requat by Borrower, I.enckr, at Lender's option within tvrenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Futurc Advancas to Borrower. Such Futu[e Advances, with interest thereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes arc secured hereby. At no time shall the ptincipal
amount of the indebtodness secured by-this Mongage. not including sums advanced in aocordanoe herewith to protect the
stcurity of this Mortgage, exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS.
