Upon acceleration under paragnph 18 herrof or abandonment of the Properiy. Le~de~ shaU be entided to have a
~ roceiver appointed by a court to enter upon. take possession of and manaae the Property and to colkct the rents of the
Property. i~cluding those past due. All rents collected by the receiver shall be applied fnt to payment of the costs of

Mortgaae, may make Future Advanas to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with intetest theroon. shall be secured by this
Mort6agc when evideaoed by promissory notes stating that said notes are securod I~ereby. At no time shall tbe principal
amount of the indebtedaess secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanoed in aooordanoe. herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage. exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS.
22. Relea~e. Upcin piyrnent of all sums securtd by this Mortgage. Le~der shall relesse this Mortgage without chuge
to Borrower. Bomower shall pvy all costs of recordation, if any.
23. Attorsep's Fees. As used io this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorney's fees" shall include attomey's foa, if any,
which may be awarded by an appellate court.
