Upon accelention undet paragraph 18 heroof or abandonment of the Property. I.ender shall be e~titled to have a

Property, including thoae past due. All rents collected by the reoeiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of

Mortgage; may malce Future Adva~ces to Borrower. Such Future Advanees. with iaterest thereon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promiuory nota stati~g that said nota an socured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the iodebtednas socurod by this Mongage. not including sums adva~ced in aooordanoe herewith to protcct the
