THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing upon Plaintiff's
Complaint and Defendants' Counterclaim, the Court hearing testimony of
witnesses for both Plaintiff and Defendants, and receiving exhibits,
and hearing argument of counsel,~and being otherwise fully advised, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that final judgment be, and it is hereby,
entered in favor of Plaintiff, Q. P. HUDSON, under Plaintiff's Complaint.
` against Defendants, JAMES M. YARBROUGH and THELMA YARBROUGH, his wife,
in the sum of $4,388.25, for all of which let execution issue.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that final judgment be, and ~it is hereby,
