This cause came on for hearing upon the oral request of
counsel for the Wife, Barbara Ann Beville, for leave to withdraw
his Motion to Dismiss and to f~le an Answer and Counterpetition on
or before April 3, 1979, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife is permitted to withdraw her Motion
To Dismiss the Petition filed in the above entitled cause.
2. That the Wife shall file her Answer and Counter-
Petition on or before April 3, 1979.
