THIS CAUSE having come before the Court for enforcement ~
of the Order of a Court of Record of the State of North Carolina, and ~
the Court having taken testimony and finding that it is in the best 3

interest of the child and consistant with the letter and the spirit ;
of the law of the State of Florida that the child be returned to the
Father, RONNIE LEE WRIGHT, forthwith, it is~,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order of the State of North
Carolina, filed herein, shall be and it is hereby adopted by this
Court and fully incorporated herein by reference. A copy of said
Order is attached hereto. ~t is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that C. L. Norvell, Sheriff of St. Lucie

County, Florida. or any of his authorized deputies shall and are hereby
ordered to assist the Petitioner, RONNIE LEE WRIGHT, in regaining
lawful custody of his child, MELISSA WRIGHT. It is further
! ORDERED AND ADJDUGED that the Respondent, HELEN C. WRIGHT, s

~ shall and she is hereby ordered and enjoined from harassing, annoying,
~ injuring or otherwise interfering with the Petitioner in his exercise
of his lawful rights. It is further '

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court shall reserve ruling
on costs and attorney's fees until final hearing in this cause whictt
