Eubanks, Attorney for the Defendant, for his services rendered
to the Defendant in this cause of action; ~

~ . 4. That the Defendant be, and is hereby, granted visitation
on the lst, 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month fror.i 2:00 p.m., to
5:00 p.m.; however, said visitation to be conducted at the home
of the children's paternal grandparents, tir. and Jrirs. Vernon
Wright, and said grandparents~to be present during visitation
periods. Said visitation to begin on September 5, 1976.
5. That the Defeadant is to notify the Plaintiff wit:~in 29
hours of her intention to exercise the~aforesaid visitation.
6.• That this matter is retained for further orders of this
Court.
