FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing on the ~ day of _

1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all of
the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has 3urisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the Wife and the Husband; ttre equities are with
the Wife and against the Husband and the Wife is entitled to a divorce. ,
It is thereupon -
ORDERED AI~ID ADJUDGED as follows: ,
1. The marriage between the W~fe, MAUREEN P. BROOKS, and
the Husband, CHARLES P. BROOKS, be and the same is hereby dissolved and.
the said parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
, of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

F arising therefrom. ~

~ 2. Custody of JENNIFER HELENA BROOKS and CHRISTINA JESSICA BROOKS,

~ the children of the Wife and the Husband, is hereby awarded to the Wife
~ MAUREEN P. BROOKS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the
~ Husband, CHARLES P. BROOKS. '
3. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
