FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE _
TH3S CAUSE came on for trial the 3rd day of April, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines:This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the par~ies is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JACKIE ~
GENE BULLINGTON and JACQUELINE BULLINGTON be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
; forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~
~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of JACKIE GENE BULLINGTON,JR. and

~ WILLIAM JA1~iES BULLINGTON, minor children of the parties, is

hereby awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to the Husband, JACKIE GENE BULLINC~TON.

3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this ¢ause, and the ,

~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
~ orders as may be proper.
