JAh~S, Husband ) ) FINAL JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing on the ~ day of April, Dd~qqi~, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and "subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the Wife~and the Husband, the equities are with the Wife and against the Husband and the Wife is entitled to a divorce. It is fihereupon • ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: l. The marriage between the Wife, DALE EILEEN JAi~S, and the Husband, PFC. FELTON J. JAMES, be and the same is hereby dissolved and the said parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. Custody of OLYMPIA DE SHA JAMES, the child of the Wife and the Husband, is hereby awarded to the Wife DAi£ EILEEN JAN~S, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband, PFC. FELTON J. JAMES . 3. The Husband is hereby enjoined and restrained from inter- fering with, harassing, or annoying the Wife. 4. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
