DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of April, 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, '
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband ~
and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and shou~d be dissolved. It

is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The marriage between MARLIN R. COOK and GENEVA
' COOK be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each !

' of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here- {

i to~ore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

a 2. The Stipulation admitted into evidence is hereby
~ incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply }

with the provisions thereof. ~
3. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
~ 4. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto

~ is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
